ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The Brown County Commission on Tuesday approved a resolution asking that the Governor and/or legislature need to do something about the issue of eminent domain in regards to property rights.

Commissioner Drew Dennert authored the resolution & announce it at the meeting.

Dennert explains why he wrote this resolution.

The commission voted unanimously to approve the resolution.
