ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The Brown County Commission on Tuesday heard from Scott Meints with Brown County Emergency Management to declare a disaster declaration due to the flooding.

Meints hopes this will lead to help coming from Pierre & maybe from Washington,

The Commission voted in favor of the resolution.
