ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- At Brown County Commission meeting held Tuesday, they received a report from Scott Bader, Brown County Planning & Zoning Director regarding the Flood Plain Development Permits(FPDP).  These permits are filled out following declarations of emergency.
