ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The Brown County Commission on Tuesday received on legitimate bid for the Hub City building that was going to be used for their regional jail.

Brown County Auditor Lyn Heupel:

Harris is co-owner of Harris Machine Company based in Oakes, N.D. focusing on manufacturing.

The Commission will decide next Tuesday to either accept or reject the proposal from him.
