ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- At Tuesday’s Brown County Commission, the commissioner heard from Brown County Fairgrounds Manager Rachel Kippley.

Kippley discuss revisions to the By-Law for the Brown County Fair Board.  Kippley had three requests to change.  First dealing with filling a vacated board position.

Second dealing with family members serving on the board.

Third addressing leadership positions on the Executive Committee.

One commissioner expressed concerns that could be a potential conflict of interest.  Commissioner Dinger:

The commissioners approved the changes on a 4-1 vote.
