ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- On Tuesday’s Brown County Commission meeting, Dennis Feickert who has been speaking on behalf of landowners & a former county commissioner discussed eminent domain dealing with Summit Carbon Solutions & the CO2 pipeline.

Feickert wanted to thank the members of the commission and SD District 3 legislators for their continued support of the landowners.

Feickert talks about a coalition happening involving the counties impacted by the CO2 pipelines all across the state.

Feickert told the commission that counties not impacted by the pipelines are starting to weigh in.

District 3 Representative Carl Perry talks about the importance of agriculture in the region and the state.

Summit Carbon Solutions will have their petition heard by the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission in September.
