ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- On Tuesday, the Brown County Commission discussed plans to begin selling the building that was to be used for a future regional jail.

Brown County Deputy State’s Attorney Ross Aldentaler talks about setting up a timeline for the sell of the building.

If the Commission decided to put it up for sell.  It will take ten days to publish.  Commissioner Duane Sutton suggested dates to begin the sale.

Commissioner Doug Fjeldheim agrees thirty days would be appropriate.

The Commission will be accepting bids now.

The Commission agreed with the motion and set the date of June 13th to open bids for the building.
