Brown County Highway Superintendent Dirk Rogers inform the commission what the businesses were bidding on.
The engineer’s opinion for the cost to be just over $3 million($3,063,578.50)
Six businesses submitted bids.

KEA Constructors based in Milford, N.E. $5,221,290.35
RR Schroeder Construction based in Glenwood, M.N. $3,379,000.15
Prahm Construction based in Slayton, M.N. $3,037,891.10
General Excavating based in Lincoln, N.E. $4,512,526,90
Superintendent Rogers asked to defer this for at least one week to check into these businesses.
Brown County expect to decide on the bids in next Tuesday’s meeting.
