ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The Brown County Commission received bids on the upcoming Microsurfacing Project.  IMEG estimated the engineer’s cost at $1, 631,357.05.  The commission received three bids total.

The first bid was Aztec from St. Cloud, M.N. in the amount of $1,583, 750.50.

The second bid was ASCO from Sioux Falls in the amount of $1,638,476.99.

The third bid was Missouri Petroleum from St. Louis in the amount of $1,665,564.70

Brown County Highway Superintendent Dirk Rogers provided his recommendations.

No math error was determined.  Aztec was awarded the project by the Brown County Commission.
