ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- At Tuesday’s Brown County Commission meeting, The commissioners dealt with a resolution dealing with public safety and future sites for petitioners to gather signatures for any upcoming ballot measures.

Brown County Commissioner Duane Sutton announced the resolution.

Brown County Assistant State Attorney Ross Aldentaler talks about following what Minnehaha County did.

Aldentaler talks about parameters to be followed by petitioners going forward.

Aldentaler discuss this will only apply to county offices and not to other locations.

The resolution also states petitioners cannot block access to handicap doors.

Brown County Commission approved it on a unanimous vote.
