ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Brown County Highway Superintendent Dirk Rogers informed the Brown County Commission about the status and potential closure of a bridge located at Lincoln Township near Hecla.

Brown County Commissioner Kyler Dinger introduced this issue to the commission.

Rogers talked about the reason to not inform the public at that location.

Rogers provided some history about that bridge.

Rogers talked about the recommendation coming from IMEG.

Rogers inform the commission the cost it would be to replace the bridge.

Michael Elsen is a resident of Lincoln Township and he attempted to defend working on the bridge.

Since this was only discussing, no action was made by the Brown County Commission.
