PIERRE, S.D.(WNAX)- After some negotiations last week, members of the Joint Appropriations Committee of the South Dakota legislature agreed on budget numbers.
Senator Reynold Nesiba of Sioux Falls says the current budget got a big bump.
Nesiba, a democrat, says the committee took a conservative turn on the revenue numbers.
Nesiba says the revenue estimate for next year took a dip.
The committee will now take the rest of the session matching requests with the dollars available.
