Build Dakota making stops at high schools

YANKTON, S.D.(WNAX)- The “Build Dakota” road show is stopping at high schools across southeast South Dakota, introducing students to the scholarship program and educational options at the state’s tech colleges.

Dani Anderson, head of the “Build Dakota” program says they are seeing positive results.

Anderson says the program continues to grow.

Anderson says it’s a good deal for businesses and students.

The program is a partnership with the state and businesses and gives eligible students a full ride scholarship to one of the four technical colleges in return for that student staying with a business for three years.
