ABERDEEN, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – It promises to be a big week on campus as Northern State celebrates Gypsy Days this week.
While most people think of the annual parade and football game, there is much more to homecoming than that, according to NSU student Abigail Ashton of Alberta, Canada.
Coronation is set for Thursday. Janie Borkowski, Assistant Director of Student Involvement and Leadership, provides the details for that.
There are also events on Friday and Saturday morning before the parade. Ashton talked about those events.
Gypsy Days concludes with a football game on Saturday afternoon and then another soccer game on Sunday.
This year’s theme is Wolves Live Happily Ever After, which leads to a lot of ideas, according to Borkowski.
