Burt Elliott passed away Saturday in Aberdeen

ABERDEEN, S.D.(AberdeenInsider)- A former South Dakota legislator, Brown County commissioner and Aberdeen teacher and coach has died. Burton “Burt” Elliott, 76, of Aberdeen died Saturday, Jan. 27.
