SIOUX FALLS, S.D.(Press Release)- State prison offender Walter Duncan has died. Duncan, age 66, passed away in the Jameson Annex infirmary in Sioux Falls on November 5. He was serving a sentence out of Brown County for Distribution of a Controlled Substance.

Airport Manager Rob Cyrus says 1,392 passengers flew out of Watertown on Denver Air Connection flights last month. The breakdown was 839 enplanements to Denver, and 553 to Chicago.
