Codington County Commission approve funding for court-appointed attorney budget

WATERTOWN, S.D.(KXLG)- During their regular meeting Wednesday, The Codington County Commissioners approved a formal supplement to the General Fund budget. The supplement was necessary to allocate $275,697.80 for court-appointed attorney budget expenditures. A line item within the budget that causes an annually growing deficit.
