Flags at Half-Staff in honor of National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day  

PIERRE, S.D.(Press Release) – Governor Kristi Noem has ordered that flags be flown at half-staff statewide from sunrise until sundown on Wednesday, December 7 in honor of National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day.
