BRISTOL, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- On Tuesday night, precinct committee folks decided to place Joe Donnell on the ballot for one of the District 1 House seats.  29 people came out to vote and Donnell won over Larry Baumgarn by a margin of 17-12.  Donnell replaces Logan Manhart in the November elections.
