DOLAND, S.D.(KXLG)- Several communities in Beadle and Spink counties will benefit from recently announced by the Beadle and Spink Enterprise Community, or  BASEC. BASEC’s 2024 Community Enhancement Grants were awarded to six organizations and individuals to be used toward making their towns better.
