Sioux Falls man facing charges following weekend shooting

SIOUX FALLS, S.D.(KELO)- A 27 year old Sioux Falls man faces aggravated assault and weapons charges in connection with a weekend shooting. Cesar Ortizmadftre(SAY-sar  ohr-TEEZ-mahf-ter?) was among a group of people leaving a bar on North Cliff Avenue when the incident took place. Public information officer Sam Clemens. The victim’s injuries are not life-threatening.
