WATERTOWN, S.D.(KWAT)–Watertown Regional Airport topped 15,000 passenger boardings last year. Airport Manager Rob Cyrus released 2023 passenger enplanement numbers Wednesday. In December, 1,194 passengers boarded flights. The breakdown was 724 flying to Denver and 470 to Chicago.
