ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- At Tuesday’s Brown County Commission meeting, State’s Attorney Kelsi Vinger put requests for two grant applications. Vinger first request address Court Resource Home. Vinger’s other request deals with Racial & Ethnic specifically dealing with the NSU & the Oyate court. The commission approved both grants on unanimous votes.
