PIERRE, S.D. (WNAX) – The Centers for Disease Control have revised its guidelines for people who may have been exposed to Covid-19.
South Dakota State Epidemiologist Dr. Josh Clayton says quarantine times could be shortened.
Clayton says the CDC is including some new information in their guidelines.
Clayton says the shorter quarantine depends on a person getting a negative test.
Clayton says for people with no symptoms they could then resume normal activities after seven days instead of the current 14 days.
