RAPID CITY, S.D. (KBHB) — The Central States Fair and Rodeo in Rapid City starts today and runs through Sunday, Aug. 30. Fair manager Ron Jeffries says he and the fair board have closely followed the latest COVID-19 information to make the fair the safest event possible.
Jeffries says when they made the decision to hold the fair, just three of the big entertainment acts were forced to postpone to 2021; Jeffries says great local and regional acts are filling the bill.
According to Jeffries, all staff and facilities are properly equipped and patrons will have all the hand sanitizer they need.
