PIERRE, S.D. (WNAX) – Businesses are still working through impacts of the coronavirus pandemic and federal programs designed to help them survive.
Dave Owen, President of the South Dakota Chamber of Commerce and Industry, says the federal dollars were critical despite the surrounding confusion.
