ABERDEEN, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – Criminal charges of burglary and forgery against Aberdeen businessman Travis C. Kiefer have been dismissed.

Kiefer, 32, was accused of entering an apartment that he owned that was rented to another person, and also of altering a mortgage document to make it look like it was filed by the Register of Deeds Office.

The cases were scheduled to go to trial in April.
