ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Aberdeen City Manager Joe Gaa will be moving on to take the same post at Marshalltown, IA beginning in September.  Gaa reflect back on his three years as Aberdeen City Manager.

Gaa became City Manager in June of 2020 at the time when the city was beginning to open back up during the early stages of COVID-19.
