ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Ted Dickey, Program Coordinator with NECOG(Northeast Council of Government) presented a preliminary report on funding needed for the water tower and transmission project.

Dickey went over the figures that citizens and businesses pay each year in Aberdeen.

Dickey went over the potential loan request.

Dickey talked about the possible rate increases needed to cover the loan if approved.

The council approved the resolution.  Dickey will return in two weeks to present the final numbers in the next city council meeting.
