About a month ago the City of Aberdeen sent out a Notification of a spike in Turbidity in Aberdeen water.  Jim Ackerman from Water Treatment for the City of Aberdeen explains what Turbidity is..

Ackerman said at no point was the Public in any danger at all.. a State acceptable level was breeched for a short period of time

Turbidity has no health effects and any problem that occurred was very short lived and caught quickly.  Ackerman said timing of testing lead to the higher reading.

The Aberdeen City Council addressed it in their meeting on Monday.
