FORT PIERRE, S.D.(KCCR)- The City of Fort Pierre can’t seem to distance itself from issues with water.  Public Works Director Rick Hahn says the roof of the city’s water storage tank continues to take damage from the world around it.

Hahn says the rest of the structure is fine.

Hahn says a lift station near the sewage lagoons is in need of immediate replacement.

Hahn called each of the needed repairs to the water systems as in urgent need of addressing.
