BROOKINGS, S.D. (WNAX) – ESPN has decided that they will set up their Game Day broadcast on the campus green at South Dakota State University this Saturday.

Jason Hove is the Sports Information Director for SDSU Athletics.

Hove says it is a major production for them and ESPN.

Hove says it was hard to imagine something like this when State began the Division I transition 15 years ago.

Game Day was drawn to Brookings because of the Dakota Marker game with North Dakota State. That game kicks off at 2 p.m. Saturday.
