ABERDEEN, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – The Northern State Larry and Julie Poeppel Family Common Read Lecture is set for Wednesday, Oct. 14.

This year’s event will take place virtually at 7:30 p.m. on the NSU Facebook page. Dr. Kristi Bockorny, NSU Honors Program Director, talked about this year’s event.

Bockorny provided some background on the author.

Arnade is the author of “Dignity: Seeking Respect in Backrow America.”

Bockorny said a committee gets together to help select the featured author each year.
