South Dakota Congressman Dusty Johnson says they don’t have time to get much done.

Johnson says there has not been much work done on a federal budget.

Johnson says he would like to see a two year budget cycle.

Johnson says its likely that Congress will agree to a continuing resolution to fund government beyond the election.
