Congressman Johnson support bonuses for National Guard members

WASHINGTON, D.C.(KELO)- Making sure the government keeps its word to the soldiers who serve the country.

That’s the goal of Congressman Dusty Johnson concerning enlistment and reenlistment bonuses.

The National Guard Bureau temporarily ran out of money for the bonus program, which pays out signing bonuses ranging from ten to 25-thousand dollars.

Congressman Johnson says the fund has been replenished and the bonuses have been paid out.
