ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Congressman Johnson will be appearing in Aberdeen on Thursday & Friday for a couple of different events.
Before talking about that, Johnson addressed a couple of issues being addressed in Washington.
There are two versions of the Oceans & Shipping Acts that has passed both chambers of Congress. Johnson talks about the differences between the two bills.
Johnson also addressed the Covid-19 restrictions that are still in place and how frustrating it’s been.
Johnson talks the role Biden adminstration should play & whether Congress can get involved.
Johnson will be in Aberdeen for two events. On Thursday, he will be at the Dakota Events Center for the Lincoln Day Supper. He previews what he will speak about.
Johnson’s opponent for the June primary is state Representative Taffy Howard of Rapid City. Howard has listed him as a Rino over a variety of issues. Johnson offer his definition of a Republican in 2022 South Dakota.
Despite the fact that no Democrat is running for the U.S. House, Congressman Johnson is campaigning the same way for the June primary as he would in November.
Johnson on Friday will be at the Ramkota for the Community Affairs Luncheon beginning at 11:30AM. Johnson talks about his plans for that.
