COVID Act Now named South Dakota as low risk for COVID when fully vaccinated

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — South Dakota is one of only four states or territories in the country with a risk level of “low” for people who have been vaccinated against the coronavirus.

That’s according to the tracking site Covid Act Now.

The other states with the “low” risk status are Massachusetts and Vermont and the territory of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.

Nebraska and Wyoming are rated at “high risk” and Iowa, North Dakota, Minnesota, and Montana are rated at “medium risk.”
