ABERDEEN, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – Pheasant hunters are coming to Aberdeen and the Convention and Visitors Bureau is ready for them.

The CVB will once again be at the Aberdeen Regional Airport to welcome hunters to the community. Casey Weismantel, Executive Director of the CVB, talked about the plans.

He said this week’s activities include a Pheasants Forever Fall Shootout and Banquet on Friday night.

The Rooster Rush will take place Saturday night at the Aberdeen Wings game at the Odde Ice Center.

Weismantel said a film crew will also be coming out to document the pheasant hunting opener.
