CHAMBERLAIN, S.D.(KMIT)- Dakota Resources and Lake Francis Case Economic Development recently held a housing summit in Chamberlain.  Mike Lauritsen is with Lake Francis Case Economic Development.

He says one inexpensive option for housing is not readily available.

Lauritsen says the state is trying to speed up the process for those houses.  He says they also discussed the first steps in creating a housing development.

The housing summit is held annually by Dakota Resources and Lake Francis Case Economic Development.
