Dakota State graduates staying in South Dakota

MADISON, S.D.(KELO)- Dakota State University students appear to be falling in love with the state of South Dakota.

DSU President Dr. Jose (YOH-see) Marie Griffiths says a high percentage of the schools’s graduates are staying in South Dakota.

22-percent of the non-resident students are also staying in the state after graduation.

Those numbers are expected to go even higher with the School’s Applied Research Lab, which will undergo construction in Sioux Falls this summer.
