Dakota State University to expand cyber research

MADISON, S.D.(WNAX)- Dakota State University, based in Madison, has announced a major expansion in cyber research.

DSU President Jose’ Marie-Griffiths says its part of a bold vision.

Marie-Griffiths says the ninety million dollar plan includes expansions, construction and new employees in Madison and Sioux Falls.

Marie-Griffiths says the Sioux Falls facility will be built on land donated by Sanford Health.

T. Denny Sanford will donate fifty million dollars to the project along with thirty million from the state and ten million dollars from the City of Sioux Falls.
