MITCHELL, S.D.(KMIT)- Dakotafest begins tomorrow on the Schlaffman (shloff-man) Farm just east of Mitchell and runs through Thursday.  The hours are 9 AM until 4 PM each day.  Niki Jones with IDEAg Group talks about some of this year’s highlights.
