YANKTON, S.D. (WNAX) – Damage totals are still rising from flash flooding that hit Marne (marn) Creek in Yankton earlier this month. City Manager Amy Leon gave some initial estimates to the city commission at their Monday meeting.

Leon says most of the damage is concentrated along the Auld-Brokaw Trail.

Leon says there is also more damage being found at the waste water treatment plant. She says it may alter the master plan for that facility.

The commission took no action, waiting on more solid estimates.
