DAKOTA DUNES, S.D.(WNAX)- South Dakota State Republican party Chairman Dan Lederman of Dakota Dunes won’t run for another term.
Lederman says the party hit most of the goals he set.
Lederman says the republican party has also had statewide success.
He says despite their dominance, the party still has room to grow.
Lederman says politics has become much more divisive.
Lederman says the party has solid leadership in the state and in Washington.
Lederman also served as a state Senator from 2011 through 2015.
State Senator John Wiik (wick) of Big Stone City has expressed interest in becoming the next party chairman.
