ABERDEEN, S.D. (Press Release) – Earlier this spring, the DAV Swanson O’Connor Chapter 13 held a community Transportation Meat & Freezer Raffle.

That raffle came to a close yesterday raising the balance of necessary funds needed to replace the community DAV vehicle next spring.

The winner of that raffle will be drawn at 7:30 tonight in the Centennial Village at the Brown County Fairgrounds. The chapter thanks everyone who participated.

The DAV vehicle is driven by volunteers and used to take area veterans to their VA out-of-town medical appointments.
