ABERDEEN, S.D.(Press Release) – The November Community Affairs Luncheon, hosted by the Aberdeen Area Chamber of Commerce, will be held on Wednesday, November 16 from 12-1 pm at the Best Western Ramkota Convention Center. Guest speaker will be David Owen, President & Chief Lobbyist with the South Dakota Chamber of Commerce and Industry. David will cover election results and a preview of the 2023 legislative session.
