ABERDEEN, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – The Avera Foundation will once again host its annual Deck the Halls event, but this year’s version will look a bit different.
Because of the current pandemic, the event will be virtual. While there will be a new twist on festivities, the financial needs remain the same, according to Amy Blackstone of the Avera Foundation.
People can still purchase a ticket for the event, although the ticket will not be for admission but rather for a chance to win a prize.
There is also something new this year.
Blackstone said instead of having 12 decorated Christmas trees on display this year, Deck the Halls will feature 12 major packages this year.
