KANSAS CITY, M.O.(WNAX)- Recent rain and snow across the region may help reduce drought impacts but there are some doubts.
Doug Kluck is Climate Services Director for the Central Region of the National Weather Service (in Kansas City) and says some forecasts show improvement across the Missouri River basin.
Kluck says the outlooks are giving mixed signals.
Kluck says there are still some longer range worries.
