MITCHELL, S.D.(KMIT)- The body of a female was found near a Mitchell truck stop on Monday night.  South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley held a press conference on Thursday afternoon where he discussed the case.

Jackley says one man is in custody in connection with Gooch’s death.

Both Gooch and Harris are from the Detroit area and have no known ties to South Dakota.
