LEOLA, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- On Monday night, candidates running the House & Senate seats in District 23 held their forum in Leola.  Among the topics discussed was the CO2 pipeline which will run through this region.

Speaker of the House Spencer Gosch whose running for the Senate seat talks about the issue of eminent domain.

Incumbent senator Bryan Breitling talked about the topic of easement language.

Two Aberdeen residents are running for the House seat.  Brandon Black discuss the lack of knowledge however understand this is very important issue for the people.

Gregory Brooks talks about the pipeline not being beneficial.

Scott Moore from Ipswich who works for Mina Ethanol talks about his stance compared to the business stance.

James Wangsness from Miller explains how the pipeline got him back into politics.

There will be another District 23 Candidate Forum on Saturday at the Kessler’s Champion Room at NSU beginning at 12PM.
